for $15-20 you could probably get them professionally taken in...but you risk losing the waterproofing on the new seems. When you decide to get new ones, Holden has some of the best skinny pants out there.

seam tape is actually really easy to find online, and most real pro tailors will have it, so you can just ask to have the seams taped.
