Cine Reel

Just finished up my cine reel of all my best shots from summer. No skiing but it's still kinda cool

Mostly shot in Utah and Chile.

Canon 7D with kit lens 18-135mm and some gopro.


Let me know what you think!!! Criticism's best.

get a tripod

some of the biking shots, the stabilized ones, were pretty nice though

As Sklar said, a tripos would have been very beneficial for alot of those shots, the filming seemed much better in the ones that were stable.

i really enjoyed all the shots from 2:17 - 2:31 the lighting seemed good and the shots were stable

i wasn't sure on the song choice primarily because i have seen it used by Will start in one of his edits, not sure if you were using it without knowing that he had or if you thought it worked well in his so would in yours, but I've never been much of a fan of re-using songs no matter how fitting they are.

those were my first thoughts :) hope it helped...

That's the name of a Twilight movie??? WTF!!! hahaha that sucks, I'm changing it!

Didn't know the song was used before. I'm sure if I would have looked harder I would have figured that out but I dunno it just seemed fitting.

Agreed on the tripod. I'm just to cheap to buy one right now haha. Borrowed one for a couple shots and used a monopod here and there.

There is at least two shots from my friends wide angle but pretty much all the kit lens. I don't know what ones for sure cause we kinda just share our camera gear. Oh actually two of those bike shots were with a 200mm so ha not really just one lens.
