1. airport 2. gas station. 3. your moms house 4. my moms house 5 mcdonalds 6. church 7. school 8. in the woods.
if yes, then you are just as guilty. its not your property, and you racing stripes are staining the bowl, in my eyes thats the same shit. no ever said you HAVE TO make doo doo butter inside the bowl.. as long as im not in plain public view. If your gonna complain about this then u need to yell at every motorist who pulls over on the interstate and pops a squat and sharts on our tax paid public roads, and people who piss n' shit their pants in public swimming pools
