NS LOGO COPYRIGHT HELP!! LEGAL?

I need to know whether putting the newschoolers logo on your website is legal or not. I think it is because you can put up logos of facebook/twitter/etc but I want to make sure

I think if something is for informative purposes and not to gain profit then it's considered fine?

for example a wikipedia page on a company can use the companies logo without having to ask permission.

don't quote me on this though, not totally sure.

If you are using it on a page where it specifically says these are sites that you like, and only using it to like to Newschoolers.com that's ok. You cannot in any way though make it look like you have any sponsorship from, or affiliation to Newschoolers.
