I've worked myself to 4.5 hours of sleep with a 25 minute nap at 1 and 7 PM.
My friend has been doing uberman for a couple years with no problems.

I'm really excited about it because I'm starting to have lucid dreams and I fall asleep super easy now. Plus I'm more wide awake and productive then I was at the start.
