I'm signing a a lease in Silverthorne, CO for a sweet 4 bedroom house on a lake. 20 minutes or less to any of summit county's great riding. Myself and two others are currently lined up on the lease and we need one more. The lease starts Oct 1st and runs through the end of July(ten months). The house itself is huge with plenty of room for everybody. $495 for rent plus a four way split on utilities. It has a decent sized yard for a possible mini park and a paddle boat and kayak to hit the lake when the summer kicks in. Skiing at Abasin will start within the month and not close until the end of June. Oh, and Keystone and Breck have two of the best parks in the world.
I'm a skier and the other two guys are snowboarders. We're all Ski Area Management graduates and looking for a serious roommate that likes to have fun on and off the resort, but still knows when to clean up and keep the place looking prime.
$495 for 1st months rent and $495 for deposit to move in!
