Alright newschoolers. I got a question for ya: What hurts so good?

At first I thought not many things could 'hurt so good', but after 1 minute of thinking i've came up with:

-Popping that pimple.

-Getting a sliver out.

-first shot of the night.

stack up on electrolytes. now. i drank 2 bottles of coconut water everyday a week before it, but gatorade and poweraide are good sources, too, just have more sugar. i hope you're a runner, or at least used to endurance and pain. it's a rewarding feeling to finish, but holy fuck, it's long.

also, STAY LIMBER. unless you're the first wave of runners, you're probably gonna be waiting at some of the obstacles, and some of the waits are up to half an hour. during that time, your muscles will tighten up, so just stretch, a lot.
