Crowbar lense question

OKay so I decided to "murder out" my old Seth Crowbars and in the process of doings so, I realized that my lenses were shot
Some stats:Location: East Coast (west a few weeks a year)( PA)
Polarized: Preferably
Mirrored: Don't care



I have no idea about lenses so please help me out
