Well what did you personally think was bad about it? I thought it was relatively good but nothing is perfect. At the beginning everything was soo shaky, distracting and annoying. I'd try to work on stabilization for a lot of your video, also some colors were pretty bland especially for a 7d so if I were you i'd mess around with your color settings. Also some shots were pretty dark, and some shots were out of focus. The surfing shots seemed pretty repetitive and got boring after a while so try different angles maybe. just my 2c of constructive criticism. good job though man

Overall I thought that was pretty good.

Things I would have changed:
the font - I see and like the style your going for, but it's a bit too messy IMO
the film burns - a few too many, and some didn't flow well
colours - it was clear that you didn't have good natural light, but some shots especially at the end were pretty over graded.
slash turn slow mo - was pretty choppy. not sure how you did it, but it seemed that it was just slowed down from 24p. conform from 60p next time.

Oh yeah. One more thing. Not to nitpick, but I read the description while it loaded, and I was expecting a story, which there wasn't. Not a bad thing necessarily, but maybe change up the description a little.
