Replying to Oakley lens tints

hey so i was wondering what lens tints are best for what conditions for crowbars...some of the lens tints i was looking at was emerald iridium, dark grey, fire iridium, and HI yellow. i was also wondering if i should just go with one of these lenses or also buy some clear lenses for night skiing. what would you guys do, and how do each of these lenses fair in each light conditions? and are the lenses easy to replace or interchange? +k for help, thanks.
