north slope is the worst its been since I can remember.
the jumps are really small. there isn't really any "sweet spot" on any of the landings. (knuckles are nonexistent.) This makes every landing VERY abrupt no matter where you land.
side note: I have no idea why they kept the features to skiers right. its SO flat over there. When north slope park was on the left, everything was so much better.
The tubes have potential, but since their 4 inches off the ground, trick-wise nothing really good can be done on them
I know stowe has a plethora of BIG rails. (all the new ones you made) why not use any of them?
Some recommendations for the tyro build:
- fuck trying to build a jump line. the more jumps you build, the less snow you have to construct an actual good kicker. all we need is one good jump. a table or a stopover would be awesome. lets face it, no park on the east coast ever makes enough snow for a decent jump line.
- MORE rail options. I feel like every year there is just single rails placed in a straight line down tyro. Lets see more BIG rails setup next to each other so we can have options. more options = more fun and more diverse set of features
- Don't focus hard on the pipe park. Lets face it. 1% of all skiers that ride stowe actually ride pipe. Put all the better rails on tyro/ north slope. keep the smaller rails for pipe park. (i feel like mostly gapers use that park anyway)
that is all for now, sorry if I came off as too blunt on some of the topics. Figured id share some of my personal input.
