Poor form!

Based on available information, its a real bummer because Arri has long been the most esteemed company in the film industry. This also shows that RED is starting to make its competition quiver...

Seems like someone done fucked up hard... who knows what's going on but it seems like they are making a really big deal out of this.

really a bummer for Arri, as it doesn't seem like they wanted the dude to hack that email, and now Arri as a company is going to feel the heat because of it.

I really hope it was just a stupid act by an individual but I have trouble believing thats the case. Think about it, why would Bravin pull information? Personal gain? But where?  Everyone knew he worked for Arri, who would he sell it to on the outside.  It's just to hard to believe that he acquired information then let it slide, or held onto it. 

Arri isn't doing themselves in favors by removing all information about Michael Bravin from there website.  I really think they're just implicating themselves.  Then there was also a instance where the FBI raided the Arri Burbank office.

I don't want this to be the case but man, it's hard to believe he just hacked accounts, acquired info and let it sit there.  I really feel like he's just taking bullets for Arri.

I don't know enough to have an opinion, but I could for sure see the dude wanting a leg up, and getting into that info on his own so he could use it to perform better. Wasn't he a newer employee? I would hope that was the case.

What a nightmare for ARRI, this will be very interesting to see what happens when the details come out.

I frequent www.reduser.net almost everyday and I have never seen Jim (owner of RED) act this way, wouldn't be surprised if he goes balls to the walls as far as lawsuits go.

Keep in mind that Jim created Oakley and has been in a ton of legal battles before with companies like Nike and other big ones (sorry I don't know them all). I don't know what it was about but it shows if he is willing to go into litigation with Nike then he is probably going to try to take ARRI down. Just my 2 cents.

Anyway it will be interesting :).
