Quick computer question.

So I have 10 minutes of gopro footage on my laptop in WMV and I would like to move them to my other computer so I can make a real in vegas, but my problem is I need to move them. Also the footage is only in Windows Movie Maker and not on the computer, so should I export it and lose quality then put it on a flash drive, or email it or what. I need some help here so +karma for legitement answers.

why dont you just take the wmv files and put them a flash drive?
