Replying to Best / Worst Person on Earth

Ok, who do you think is the best and worst person on the face of the planet? I realize that we can't know about every person, so just pick the worst/best one you know about. And while I'm sure some of you are going to want to immediately say George Bush is evil, please remember than Bin Laden, at least, is probably a worse person... and I'm sure there are others you can think of. Up to you though, that's just something to keep in mind. And this is a moral judgement... so it's pretty hard to say people are outright wrong, although I suppose you could argue with the choices.
