I saw Bill Gates on my way to work this morning.

/claim.

I'm almost 100% positive it was him. But I'll say I'm 95% sure because there's a 5% chance some know it all will know exactly where Bill Gates was today and will tell me he was in Libya or something.

So this made me think...who is the most famous person you've ever met/seen up close (ie: not a concert)?

Hugh Jackman lived a few houses down from me for six months while he was filming in Michigan, and he would always hang out with his kids and/or Gerard Butler at the local park/ice cream shop/market, so I saw and talked to them a lot.

Shane Battier is a client of my dad's, so I see him a lot, and he introduced me to Yao Ming haha

Mitch Albom lives down the street from me

Met Regis Philbin in an elevator on a cruise ship when he was wasted

Had dinner with Chris Osgood and met the entire 97-98 Red Wings team at a charity function

I used to work at the Palace of Auburn Hills, so I met all of the Pistons back in like 06

Met Jamie Bestwick, Aaron Ross, and the rest of the Etnies BMX team last summer at my local skatepark.

I'm sure there are others, but I can't think of any more right now haha.
