Free Anti Virus Software?

Does anyone know of any good free anti-virus software? I dont want to buy norton and I am pretty sure i have a virus on my computer right now.

Occosially when I click a page on google it brings me to a page i did not click which has the basic layout of a virus page if u click it..

HALP!

but actually, all viruses hide themselves in the "system32" files.
you just have to find them all and delete them.
restart it and your computer will run as good as new.

dont use avg, recently a new update or some shit caused my computer to go slow as fuck. I use malwarebytes, ccleaner, and something else I forgot the name of haha
