Before bed rituals?

Anyone have them?

Nothing like brushing your teeth or washing your face but like I actual shit you have to do before your able to go to bed, for me I usually have to make sure most electronics are off in my room before I can actually fall asleep? Am I weird?


Do you guys have any?

Mentioned above, I CANNOT in my own home sleep without a fan, just cant do it.

Eat some food and watch tv
smoke a cig if possible
brush teeth
take 1 benedryl and other meds
drink 1 full mellow marley
watch tv untill asleep and tv goes off on its own :)

When I was little I couldnt sleep unless I checked that all my dresser drawers were closed at least twice. Now I double check that my front door is locked and my cell phone is charging.

No it's brilliant. I figure if I save 5 minutes brushing my teeth in the shower, another 5 having clothes already laid out, and ten by just having a granola bar in the car I can sleep another twenty minutes in the mornings.

have a big glass of water or milk, read until i have to pee, pee and then fall asleep.

If drunk I come home, put Chattahoochee on repeat super loud and pass out on the floor or couch (literally 10 steps from my bed)

this is a better idea than what I have going. I put my outfit for work on the night before--wake up and drag my ass out to the car. Brush my teeth on the clock at work.

I just shower then listen to audible on my phone. books on tape are like the best thing to listen to when your falling asleep plus it makes you more inteligent.
