Anyone have them?

Nothing like brushing your teeth or washing your face but like I actual shit you have to do before your able to go to bed, for me I usually have to make sure most electronics are off in my room before I can actually fall asleep? Am I weird?


Do you guys have any?

its literally therapeutic and puts me out right away. I got my gam gams vintage tape player and a ton of classic book on tape cassets that she gave me before she died. They got that soothing faded sound and most of the books are read by British women.

I usually read a book or watch ski/BMX videos until I can't keep my eyes open anymore, then I close my laptop and put it on my floor, or turn off my lamp and put my book on my bedside table.

i spend literally about 2 minutes pushing the fridge door until im certain its closed so i can go to bed in comfort knowing it wont open up in the middle of the night and make all my food go bad. same thing with taps, when it stops dripping i will leave. ocd as fuck, i know
