That's what takes out ACL & MCL or LCL.

ACL is what stops the bottom part of your lg from going forward, so under rotating does that.
When you under rotate often the leg will twist tearing usually the medial ligament and the ACL due to the twisting and the forward motion. Or at least that is what my surgeon told me.

i learned that dicking around with a buddy and throwing a 3 off a cat track, but only making it to roughly 345 degrees with your right ski takes out your acl, mcl, lcl, and mensicus...
