Need help getting .MTS videos on a mac!

Hey I have a Canon Vixia HFS100
It films in .MTS format.

I also have a macbook pro.
I need help getting .MTS videos to work from my canon camera on my mac.

Would they work on Final Cut Pro X?
Has anyone else had these problems? What can I do?

You can log and transfer .mts with final cut pro. You can also get clipwrap and transcode mts to mov.
