A quick word on blocking ads

So on saturday I bought some parts for my jeep off of ebay by clicking buy it now. I had the intent right there to pay for the parts via paypal as I normaly would do but once I went to confirm the payment I got an error saying the transaction could not be completed. I tried using my girlfriends paypal to pay and same deal.
Has any one else had this problem and if so how do you fix it? I don't want the negative feed back amd i jsut want my damn parts. Tried google but didnt come up with any helpful answers...plus K if anyone can actually help me out.....
