Unnatural?

i recently purchased the ski dice app and put on rails for my backyard setup. it said to do an unnatural? i dont know what this means. it said the same thing for jumps. can anyone help me out and tell me what an unnatural is??

If you normally do rails right foot forward, unnatural is left foot forward (and vice versa). If you normally spin to the left, unnatural is to the right (and vice versa).

isn't there something on there that tells you every trick? and i'm guessing getting on the rail with your unnatural foot forward, probably wrong though
