For the people who like the Foo fighters.

So I went to downtown Kansas City last Friday night to go to Power and Light, which is a bar district. And what did my eyes see, none other than the westborro baptist church there protesting the Foo Fighters concert. Well the Foo Fighters had something up their sleeve. Hope you enjoy watching this video as much as I did watching this in person.

I love how they are the Foo Fighters and are doing something positive and cool and the stupid retards in the westboro crowd just yell little smatterings of "god hates faggots" and continue to look like dumb fucking hill billies.

Yea I live in Kansas which is a pretty bigoted place, and I hear my fare share of racism, antisemitic remarks from time to time. But when I was standing next to them all they were saying was just degrading remarks and didn't have any logical response to why they were there saying the things they were saying.

Yea, I am waiting for that too. I live in Kansas City, and only a half an hour away from their church, so I see them all the time and have counter protested them before.

I think next time I see them, I am going to get a huge sign that says "I'm gay" in big pink letters. that should be fun (:

Someone please help me understand the Westboro Baptist Church. I mean, is there anything that they actually don't hate? It's amazing to me that they can actually organize a demonstration or sit in the same room with each other.

I love the Foo fighters, and this is awesome!
As for those crazy Kansas Baptists....well, that's a different story. Seriously, what crawled up their ass?! People like this confirm to me that being overly religious isn't a good thing, and promotes a whole lot of ignorance/bigotry/closed-mindedness.

I had tickets to go to the concert but I got out of town instead. Its refreshing to see celebrates standing up to westbros and their ignorance. its probably a good thing i didn't go to the concert. Dumb things probably would have left my moth directed to westbro...

Dave and the Foo Fighters deserve everyone's respect. Not only do they make killer music but they are the most legit people in music imho. I'm going to their convert on my birthday with some friends, I'm so stoked.
