That ones gonna depend on what's more important to ya....the griffs lighter but the fks is more solid.....if you weigh less than 170 I'd say the griff should be fine unless your doin alot of rails....it's got a plastic heel piece and everytime I've heard of one breaking it's been from comin off a box or rail wrong....but that's guys who beat the heck outta their gear though too...if your just a casual skier runnin through the park you should be fine.....but if your bombin huge booters and doin alot of grinds and/or weigh over 170, don't get the griffs......get the fks....it's a little heavier(not really noticeable though) but more solid....it'll at least give ya piece of mind that the heel won't beak at the worst time.....like landing a 60' step down.
i might be gettin a new pair of boots and i have herd that the fks isnt adjustable only like 10mm or so but i have heard if you knock off thoes little round disks on the heel of the griffon that it is no good.
