Replying to Should I Name My Dog Taco Or Carlos

I am procrastinating planning this management/operations audit so I need you guys to help me decide if I should name my dog Taco or Carlos.

I don't have the dog yet and I can't start dog hunting until I get back to the States in December.

Breed recommendations are welcome as well but I tend to like larger breeds (greater swiss, bernese, german shep, lab mixes, blue heelers, etc...). I want something that is big enough to wrestle and play with. Said dog should be able to summit 14ers on a regular basis.
