Stupid ass computer problems

okay, so i havew sum thing now where i can't get into anything like windows media player or control panel. i tried dling anti virus, and when i try to open it it does the same thing it does for everything else and wont work. what can i do to fix it?

for everything i go into except the internet, it says:
this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. create an association in the folder options control panel.
i have no clue what that means

the best advice i can give you is call one of those tech support people from where youj bought your computer and ask them
