Marker Jesters or salomon z12s?

Which are the better park bindings? i looking either at the the ar7s, salomon suspects or ninthward hhps. so they would be the 90mm brakes.

jesters are metal and burly...z12s are plastic and not burly. unless your a big dude who skis hard dont get the jesters, you will be wasting your money. instead of z12s look at the px series. same prices, maybe even less and a better binding

Yeah you are comparing two completly differnt bindings. The jesters are a good Din 16 binding and tehe Z12 are a Din 12 groomer binding. I think you need to work out what DIn you will be riding at first. If you dont know how to work it out go to a shop and take there advice. Personly If you really need a Din 16 binding I would take a STH 16 over a jester. I have had both and in my experience the STH is in another leuge compared to the Jester.

i ski only park amd usually my local ski shop puts me at a 6, i find that they pop out way to easy so i turn it up to 10. i know its not super safe but i have had them looked at professionally and they told me that 10 was fine. i really am just looking for a good park binding.Recomend any? im 6'1, 180, so they are for a bigger skier

Well if you normally ski at 10 then either a Din 12 or 14 binding would be good. 6 sounds pretty low to me for your height and weight, so it may be worth going to a differnt shop have them calculate your Din and have them mount and set the adjustments on your new bindings. There are lots and lots of Din 12 bindings out there. I would personly get a STH 12 driver or STH 14. I ski the STH 16 currently. I have previously used Jesters, PX's, FKS's, Peak's and Vists and I personly like the hold and durability of the STH's the best. Now that is just my personol oppion but I really cant fault the STH's where with all but the peaks, I had at least 1 complaint.

If you're really considering z12's then take a look at Atomic FFG 12s because they are identical other than the fact that they are typically lower in price for whatever reason.

I'm kind of concerned about your approach to bindings, you don't seem to know much of anything about them and those are the only things keeping your knees intact.

Jesters are a 16 DIN binding made for taking a beating. Z12s are very weak bindings and wouldn't last long at 10. At your size (assuming your boot size isn't strangely large or small), the only reason your shop should be putting you at a 6 is if you are an intermediate skier. 10 would be in the 3/3+ range.

Study up a bit more before you go looking for bindings, and don't ever mess around with them if you don't know what you're doing. It takes a bit more than knowledge of how to work a screwdriver to keep yourself safe.

Pivot or FKS 14 DIN should be included too. Go turntable, never look back.

Atomic FFGs are pretty good for the money too.
