To be fair to the OP he said he tried solly and Full tilt. This does not mean he tried on an SPK, salomon make more boots then the SPK. Somthing like a Ghost 120, will fit even tighter then a full tilt but also have a flex that sombody who weighs more then 120lbs could ski.
With regards to the OP, your only option is going to a boot fitter. The one point I wanted to pick up on is people saying try ever boot a shop sells on. This is bad advice, if a fitter lets you do this, they clearly have no idea what there doing. When they look at your foot and leg they will be able to identify which boots would be an option for you. Then you should try about 3 of the most suitable boots on. In most cases there will not be more then about 3 suitable boots. Of these 3 hopefully 1 is fairly close and then the work of getting the boot fitted can begfin.
