I ordered two lanyards almost a year ago and they still haven't arrived. I emailed and posted in a thread somewhere but I don't know what to do. I am totally sad. Please advise.

I ordered them and on 9/7/10 then received an email on 9/10/10 saying they had been shipped then I waited because people said they could get caught up in customs then I whined in the site discussion on 10/11/10 then again on 11/4/10 then emailed NS in March but didn't get a response.

This is a crisis.

Hey man, sorry but we are 100% long ago sold out of lanyards. There had been a few people where it took forever to deliver, but when we stopped hearing back from people we assumed things had finally been received.

Fire an email to store@newschoolers.com and we'll see what we can do for you
