Fucker Scratching My Car

So since September first I haven't had proper insurance on my Volkswagen and have have been driving my parents cars to school, around town etc... My school is full of fucking losers who think they are hard and smoke at lunch because they think they're so fucking cool and pretend to be thug but still ride the bus and get ripped off for weed. Anyways, I tend to be one of those people that you either really love or REALLY hate. Apparently some people hate me enough to put a deep 8 inch long gouge into the trunk of my dad's 2002 Audi a4 (probably a $1000 fix) last week and then again today write bitch with a key, although not as deep but still its scratched in, on the trunk. I'm almost 100% certain its the same fuck up but I'm not sure who. I've thought about setting up my gopro in the back windshield and driving it everyday and waiting for more scratches but i wouldn't have enough memory. So.. What kind of methods do you think might work to draw this cunt out and find out who it is? And also, what would you suggest doing to them? I was thinking (if they are too big for me to kick the shit out of) I would call the cops and take them to court and make them pay damages/get charged for vandalism of my property or whatever.. Thoughts?

well I have to drive it to get to school for the some of the rest of the month because my dad takes our truck sometimes and he's all for like staking it out all day and finding out whos scratching it. he told me to "beat the fucking shit out of whoever it is" and he's not that upset because insurance is covering most of the costs and its not really my fault that some people are fucking dumb ass losers

if someone ever had the balls to do that shit to my car and I found out- I would get it fixed, if I couldn't prove to the police that it was them but was certain I would wait- not like 2 weeks wait but for at least a few months. Then one night I would destroy their car. Im not talking brick thru the window and keying it. I am talking gas soaked rag in the tank and lighting that bitch on fire. I would do it when I could have a solid alibi, and make sure that everything was perfectly hidden.

Thats so shitty man, I absolutely hate people who vandalize other peoples property like that, especially with cars. If somebody did that to my car I would probably stakeout in the bushes with a paintball gun and empty the hopper on them and then beat the shit out of them. Not sure if the timelapse mode on the gopro uses less memory, but you might be able to get more out of it that way and just pause it at home. Good luck, hope you catch the fuckbag and give them what they deserve.

Your school prob has security cameras in the parking lot, at least mine did. Find out where they are, park it underneath the camera, and whenever you notice a scratch just ask the office if they look at the tape and see if they find anything.

Go to school.  Skip classes when the wigger hardasses smoke butts and chill somewhere you can watch the car from a good distance- or from another car.  It won't be more than like two days after shit's fixed before they do it again, assholes are predictable like that, they hate it when people have nice things. 

Try to get them on camera doing it- either on your phone or gopro or whatever.  Give this to the school, cops and insurance company and let the riteous fist of video evidence rape him anally. 

OR

Go to his house, write BITCH in aircraft stripper upside down on the WHOLE SIDE of his car with a paintbrush and roll it onto its roof in his driveway with a few peeps.  That never fails to get the point across that you are a perpetually sadistic one-upper as well as far more creative and depraved than he could ever hope to be. 

SO in short, you can outdo him and feel good, or you can turn him in and get paid.  Pick one.  Good luck.

Buy a bigger memory card and find out who's doing it. Go to hunting supply store and purchase Skunk Urine hunting scent. This is the most foul smelling shit known to man. Make sure to get the oil based version. It costs about $4. Squirt a little bit of this stuff into the kid's locker and drip some into the vents on the hood of his car.

There is no way to get rid of this stuff once it is on something, so don't spill it on yourself. The offender will have to throw away everything in his locker and he will probably have to scrap his car. The school will also smell really bad for awhile.

This is the nuclear solution.

ha, i remember in college, my freshman year room mate was a huge douche, a good buddy and I got wasted one night and keyed the fuck out of his car, and possibly kicked in/dented his doors/broke off his mirrors....it was big deal...cops involved, never found out it was us, hahaha so bad, oh college, the dumb shit we do

I'm for the stakeout. You've gotta instigate it a little bit, do something really obnoxious to piss these kids off and make them to do it again. You won't have to waste as much time/effort in catching them.

Look into being able to go out to your car to set up your Go-Pro and swap out SD cards throughout the day, or just minimize the time that its on. For instance, if you're allowed out of the school for lunch at 12, get there at 11;50 and set everything up, assuming everything checks out with your security officer

Yes, revenge is only good if you don't end up in prison for it. That's why the hunting scent thing works so well. It pretty much destroys the guy's car without leaving a mark on it. Even if you get caught on video doing it, it is pretty hard to prove what you did exactly. Read my post above. For 4 dollars you can make it so no one will be able to get within 50 feet of the car, much less drive it. The dick who is doing this will have to have his car towed to a salvage yard. Extreme,yes, but keying someone's car is really fucked and anyone who does it deserves the worst.

How much did it cost to repair the damage?  If they did upwards of $1000 in damage, it's a class 5 felony punishable by up to 3 years in jail and $100,000 in fines (Colorado law).  If you did get substantial evidence incriminating somebody, you may want to blackmail them instead of turning them in.  Tell them if they give you 10k, you won't go to the police.  Getting a lawyer to fight the case will cost them upwards of 10k on its own, not to mention potential fines and jail time, so they will probably take the deal.  Then you get a little richer, and you don't ruin somebody's life.
