I have shit that controls me over the summer, like my job, and biking, but when I am not going to work as much, and just sitting around school idly all day, skiing occupies my mind SO much of the time.
And I lose my enthusiasm for biking, as soon as I realize ski season is coming.
If you have access to a trampoline, start getting tricks down on the tramp. Do other ski-focused workouts. Do little things to ensure you murk this season.
