Hey fellow 2012'ers!! I'm in the Cum Laude chapter of National Honor Society, and was just curious if any of you were also taking part in NHS?

I was last year, I failed to turn in the application because the entire thing was worthless, haha. This was my school though, I have no idea about if yours actually accomplishes anything.

Haha gotchya. Yeah...I'm not a fan of it. But whatever I guess...looks good on a college app and makes the parents happy. My school is really serious about it, and it's exremely hard to get into it at my school. But volunteering at the freshman seminars for NHS were actually kind of fun.

Haha nice. How many meetings have you had/aren't you only allowed to miss a certain amount? Or is that just my school being irritating?

Oh haha...well idk about yours, but if you miss more than three at mine you get kicked out. Do you guys do tutoring at yours? I'm just kinda curious about what others do...because at the other school in my city the NHS is super laid back, unlike mine.
