For Western Canada, Whistler no doubt. I havent been anywhere in the US.

And Breck for perfect rail features of all size.  Keystone wins on lines for sure though.  If their medium jumps were any good I'd go there, I just don't like trying new tricks on a 70 foot jump.  Park lane's last two at Breck are a perfect spot to learn a trick and get it ready for Freeway.
