what kinda surgery? its never really scared me but just think of the positive outcome, itll be over soon, pain pills are the shit (as long as you dont abuse them) and you get to sit around and play xbox for a few days. whats not to love? im sure youll be fine. and if your scared, maybe this will help calm you a bit?

I have had two surgeries so far, both have which have been for each shoulder. Now, my first time I was really scared. I was worried that the anesthesiologist was going to over/under dose. I was worried the blade was going to slip. However, none of that happened.
Things will be just fine. Just remember to have confidence in your doctor and know that you will get better. Being able to have surgery is a gift so try to take it all in stride.

i had a 1.5 hour surgery being fully awake. even that wasnt that bad

after my eye surgery(iris cerclage) they had to do some touch up and they only froze my eye...i saw everything and i dont wish that shit to anybody else on the earth(think at people who hate needle, i fucking saw needle go in my eye for 30min)

i had knee surgery. and was also put under for wisdom teeth.

its cake. they put in an IV or put a mask on you and you're out in like ten seconds.

dont worry about it. just think about pretty women before they put you under.

I had 3 knee surgeries between the ages of 13 and 14, putting metal and removing metal from my knee cap (currently have 2 screws in there for life). You'll be fine.

aha thanks u guys i had a rod put in my femur last year and am getting it out tommorow but i dont remember the last one i was wayy to messed on the drugs so im really scared. anyway thanks for all the help and that eye looks so cool when its red but i feel bad for u cause that surgery sounds horrible :(

i tore my meniscus in three places playing soccer/skiing. sucked. but prolly not as bad as yours

yeah i broke it trying a hand drag cork three :p and just recently broke my leg about 4 weeks ago longboarding and am curently in a cast but they are taking it off early to do my surgery for last time.
