I personally think that this looks sick, does kinda resemble first drop to a certain extent but I'm sure that next year they are gonna be one of the more unique outerwear sellers for sure. Deff interested to see what they make.

unique ? like what first drop? saga? LDC? that shit is all the same man. No outerwear is really unique. Except maybe trew because they are doing that whole freeride style but with crazy tech fabrics that actually keep you dry.

So if every outerwear is the same other than trew's crazy tech fabrics, buy trew. I'm glad to see that this company is starting up and I'm sure next year they will try to stray from the saga&first drop baby look. I feel like they chose the style that they did because they know it sells and they chose different color schemes that saga and first drop have never considered.

I do agree that they are very similar to both saga and first drop but next year if they decide to make some more outerwear I feel like they will make some more unique shit. I wanna see where this company goes.

a lot of outerwear is unique, but the jackets end up being mostly the same specs and detailing, because it's standard for the type of clothing that it is. it has to do it's job, it has to be functional. the difference lies within design and technology. if a company fails at design, it might not necessarily make headway based on it's technology. the first thing that's gonna draw in your buyers is the way something looks. people want something nice, not redundant, and this really annoys me. to the core, because i don't believe in buying knock offs and fakes to begin with. and it's really bad for your company to be known as the company that copied 'so and so'. i mean, maybe shit will change, and hopefully for their sake if they want to thrive and not be stuck at a ripzone type of level.

I can see how people think it looks like similar to First Drop and Saga, but the owner of the company is legit he goes above and beyond to make a relationship with his customers, the design will change and evolve as the company progresses past its first year making outerwear.

and to jenifa^ how can you tell from a picture that this outerwear won't function to meet or exceed the specs listed? maybe they have a quality that is par or greater than saga's outerwear.

I'm glad this was posted!

Bloom is a company that a friend and I have been working on for two years now. Finally, we are happy with the gear we have created. It is high quality, reliable, and the fit is unlike any other fit available. The tall, slim fit of our jacket has been the number feature of our gear that everyone has loved.

This year we have really made an effort to reach out to a lot of kids within the skiing community. We are small enough that we can focus on every single customer that purchases from us. but seriously I hope you guys become successful in your outerwear ventures and don't fuck up like FD. Also, offer something different; you can be successful just by doing the same shit saga/lethal/FD has been doing, but your brand will be bullshit. bring something new to the table

Half of the people in this thread have no idea what the hell they are talking about fo realzzz.

I've been following this company since day 1. Their shit is top notch.
They've put a lot of work into selecting the materials and trying to get the fit just right.

As they advertise, their product is taller and more slim - similar to Orage's tall fit.
They also don't re-use the same damn color combos overplayed by every outerwear company *que hate on FD.*
Black and teal is fairly exclusive to this company and flows well with the overall minimalistic approach to outerwear design and with that idea alone sets them apart in this industry.

I think their shit's dope. Will I buy from them? Absolutely if I had the money and was looking for a new suit.
Can I afford 420? Not until I graduate.

Just saying there are at least 5 other companies that I would rather buy things from than some random start up. Maybe in 2-3 years if they don't go to shit like FD did.

And if you are trying to say anything about the quality of Moment's jackets they are amazing and mine still looks brand new and so does my friends who has worn his all season.

Also the snow pants like of look like those giant black pants with chains that goth people always wear.

But every company is a random start up at some point. They don't need to be x amount of years old in order to be a good company.

Its pretty nice stuff, we use the same manufacturer as some other companies that have gotten pretty big in the ski industry within the last ten years. We will see what the year will bring. I am very confident in our product though, and I think once people get their gear, they will be pretty stoked with the high quality and reliability of it.

The jacket has a really nice slim fit, while the pants are pretty similar to Saga just cut off a little bit of excess baggage. I'll have a size chart up tonight when the website launches. You can check that out and contact me if you have any more questions. Also judging by your username, I presume you live in the Denver/Boulder area. Once our gear gets in, I would be happy to meet up with you and show you some of it

stoked to see this company grow. IMO some of the sickest designs this season and im comtemplating picking up the onward jacket sizing chart dependant.

Chest circumference of our model is 36 inches
Distance between shoulders is 18.5 inches.

Thats actually me in those shots, we couldn't afford any models unfortunately. Next year, babes in the look book wearing our gear, what you think? haha

awesome colorway and i'm especially liking how the fit of the pants look!
i definitely would have considered you guys had i not already bought stuff for this year, but i will be checking back at you guys in years to come.
