Holy shit, this movie was fucking incredible...by far one of the greatest movies ive ever seen ranking up there with saving private ryan. I dont like MMA but the story behind the movie was incredible, spend the 10 bucks and go see it.

It's like every boxing movie cliche rolled in a dose of BJJ and submission wrestling and thrown into a theater.

I'll probably see it but GOD it looks like something I have seen at least once before.

I'm gonna go see it with a guy I train with and one thing that I read from other MMA fans who have seen it is that it goes in assuming people know what MMA is and it actually spends time with the ground game.

I'll see it but I feel like from the trailers it's "The Fighter", "Rocky" I-III, "Cinderella Man", and "Million Dollar Baby" with 4oz gloves instead of 16oz gloves.

I'll see it and post my thoughts later.

I've just seen it - It is fucking incredible. sooooooooooo much better than I was expecting. Controversial but I'd say its better than Cinderella Man and The Fighter.

a.) you're an idiot

b.) this movie so fucking badass. I was pretty late in seeing it (just saw it a couple months ago) but holy fuck is this badass. The emotion and intensity that goes into this movie is unprecedented. I'm not a fan of MMA either, but it makes you feel as if it's more of a Gladiator/Rocky type film through it's portrayal.
Anyone else think this movie is so sick?

My sister showed me this movie... It is an all round awesome entertaining movie even if you don't like MMA. So good!
