Well he's actually right speaking law wise.  There was no declaration of war, and there was no agreement with the other country.  The president did break the rule of law whether you like it or not.  Yeah, we did get a seriously bad guy, but in order to do so we just murdered him and broke the law.  The president is not above the law.
