Im about 90% sure at this point im gonna go to the U for biomedical engineering. turns out they're 23rd in the nation, which is relevant to my interests.

2180 SAT, two 770s and a 730 on SATIIs, IDK what my GPA is on a 4.0 scale, but it's almost exactly a 95 on a 100 point one.

3.0 GPA and 26 on my ACT (waiting on results from the latest ones still). Probably going to apply to a few schools here in Ohio like University of Cincinnati and Ohio University. My number one pick for a ski school right now is Montana State. Seems like they have the best balance between reasonable tuition, good programs, and scholarship options out of any of the schools Ive looked at so far.

Just received notice of a full tuition scholarship to PITT through tuition exchange. woo!
still waiting to hear from:
Boston College
Boston University
Villaova
Fordham
Loyola
U of delaware

rule from my parents is i have to get tuition exchange or FACHEX scholarships to go any other school because my dad is a math professor at the University of Scranton, anyone else looking for tuition exchange stuff? it sucks because it adds a lot of more competition to every school i wanna go to.

I'm going to be sticking with the SUNY system (State University New York). My goal is to get into Binghamton, but it's a really competitive schools. If not, i'm looking at University of Buffalo. Can't go wrong with a 16k tuition/room and board ie. See how my grades are and then a possible transfer after the first two years. 3.5 unweighted gpa, 28 act score. Anyone here go to Binghamton to compare to? I'm also bummed about staying on the ice coast for a couple more years. I miss powder..

Not gonna lie, Ive blown off high school big time.

I'm going to either Colorado Mountain College in Steamboat ( My home mountain ) or Front Range Community College here in Fort Collins.

I'm going to Community College for 2 reasons

1. I don't have the grades to get into a 4 year right off the bat
2. I can save a piss ton of money by getting my basic classes done at a CC and then transferring to a 4 year to finish it off.
Hopefully shit goes my way and i can make it happen!

Lewis and Clark is an awesome school. Don't know too many people who went there for their undergrad but I know a few people that went to grad school for law or teaching there.


90% sure I will be attending U of Utah next year for biomedical engineering with pre-med intent. Anyone else gonna be Utah class of 2016?
