Ok honestly I've been on youtube and saw the ads for the Live streaming fashion shows and decided to check it out. I mean yes I love all the different clothing these companies are putting out.
I've also noticed a few things though, I realize companies need to use really skinny tall women to demonstrate what their clothing will look like and fit like on the best of subjects. And a lot of these women model the clothes really well to what the designer had in mind of what they're supposed to look like.
Is anyone else with me though that a lot of the models look sickly skinny though. Like I realize that to make a product look good they need a skinnier woman but too much is just too much. The fact that I can see some of the girls bones as they walk down the runway is just sad. I just feel bad that a lot of these women have eating disorders and such because they think this is beautiful. I personally think even the clothing and dresses would look better on at least a little more curvy of a person. A lot of them look like if I accidentally touched one of them they'ed break. I just feel bad that they're held to such high standards of what their body should look like, and it doesn't even look healthy. I think if these girls had a tiny bit more "meat" on them it would just make the clothing even better.
I know most of you won't even care, and I agree this thread is kind of pointless but I just want to know if ANYONE agrees with me or not. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Let me know your thoughts.
