Ok, so I just bought a 1999 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport for my first car. I will be getting it on monday and I am looking to buy some new rims for it and a ski rack. I have no knowledge of rims or ski racks and I need some advice here. I will be mostly looking for some black rims, I need some suggestions that are not to expensive because I do not have any money. They need to work with tires that will do well in the snow so not to big. Also please recommend any descent ski racks. +k for legit answers thank you.
