Video ideas

in my advanced video production class we have one project for the entire semester that is a short film around 12-15 minutes long. in class soon i have to give a proposal for my project but that's where i'm stuck. i can't think of any good ideas for my movie and that's when i thought of coming to NS for help.

so newschoolers, i need your help in coming up with a great idea for a short film. any and all suggestions are welcome.

make a video from the perspective of the snow gods as they listen to the pleas of the people below. I just thought of that right now, I have no idea if that would work.

Ideas:

1: Heist movie, only instead of a bank, they rob a sperm bank. Titled "The Bank Job: It's gonna get messy!" Cumming soon.

2: Germany, April 28, 1908, a set of twin boys were born. The mother died in childbirth, but requested that her sons were raised in the kung fu tradition. The boys were each given half a medallion and then separated, one raised by a jewish family and one raised by a christian family. The one raised by the christian family was Oscar Schindler. In the late 1930's the twins meet and realize that they're twins because of the medallion, and they decide that Oscar Schindler (with the help of his twin) will start a factory camp to protect the jews and train them in secret to form a kung fu jew army that will take on the third reich. Titled: "Schindler's Fist"

This is a great idea actually. Depending on when this is due, you could probably fill the time gap. Open with you slapping your alarm and meeting some buds, show the stoke between each other. Get some shots of you guys messing around on the ride up and having tons of fun, then film the run to the slopes and chairlift (in slow-mo with saturation turned up ofc). Get some sick shots of skiing all over the mountain, and film people passed out in the car or stuffing their faces.

At the end, film you laying in bed and turning the lights off. Have your alarm go off 30 seconds later and show a quick recap of the beginning (to show your dedication to skiing, duh).
