Backflip help

Is it wise to try a backflip on snow if you dont have them down of tramp? Friend is wondering.

my bro did backflips third try and never did a backflip on a tramp. I've been doing backflips since i was seven, but on snow it took me seven tries. So, I guess the point of this post is that I have no clue.

First of all Ski Gabber.... but really theres nothin you can do about backflips but just throw it. It's easier out of a half pipe.

But he can't do it on a tramp? idk man....

he has done it on a tramp and its sketchy. He says he wants to try one on snow and i think if you don'thave skills, balls, whatever to do on a tramp ( easiset thing ever) snow may be a bad idea.

I would highly recommend not trying a backflip on skis if you are still sketchin on a tramp. Just keep on going for them on a trampoline until you feel totally relaxed doing them. A good way to make progress towards being able to do them on skis is to try to do 2 or 3 backflips in a row on the tramp. That way when you come down from your first flip you will know for sure that your landing square and stable. Additionally, this wil be a great intermittent step seeing as throwing 1 backflip on skeeze will be waay scarier than doing a few in a row on the tramp.

Remember, baby steps....
