Replying to Tripod Trouble, Please Help For Plus K++++++

Ok so I own a Canon 7D with a Tokina 11-16mm and a Canon 70-200mm. I bought a peice of shit tripod for 35 bucks in the beginning when I was shooting skiing and only owned the Tokina Lens, a fairly small lens. But when I got the 70-200mm, my shitty tripod was not cutting it at all. I've heard many opinions on different sticks and heads that would suit my camera and its set up on the internet shops, but I want to hear people's personal opinions on which combo of a head and a tripod legs I should purchase. So please post what you think is the best set up for my camera tripod wise. Thanks!
