Flat 3 first try

I can 360 but I have never tried a backflip. After watching countless edits, I can see a flat 3 so well in my head. It feels really smooth, slow, steezy with he japan grab. Should I just go for it?

but now that the NS Banner is showing me women's high heel boots and shoes I'm going to ask "Why in the hell am I being shown shoes from Nordstroms?"

you really njeed to learn back flip first on the tramp , ( pretty easy just don't stop a mid air ) get confy on backflips and after just start trying doing off axis Backflip and then try off axis more and more ( by trowing your leg on the side ( on my case on left)  ) ans then when your good at off axis backflip japan try off axis a little more and trow your head on the same side you launch your legs and look the tramp ! after this you should be good for trying it on snow !

I agree

Learn backflips first. Flat 3s are an off-axis backflip so instead of throwing straight back off the lip you kind of just set a "backflip" a little more to the left (or right).

Some people call those "wackflips" and whatnot, but there's no need to be splitting hairs when very few people can actually do "real hardcore flat 3s"

defintly go for it. its one of the first inverts i learned, super easy rotaion. i would definatly try it on a tramp or airbag first though if you can just to get the feel.

Im tryna BUSSS dat shiet dis year toO!  do it on a tramp 1st and when u set it set your body at a 45 degree angle then use ure hips to pull over and grab for japan.....BUSSSSS DAT SHIEEEET!

They are super fun. You need to jump pretty high and throw them slow. I can't throw them fast on a trampoline.

I learned Flat 3's before backflips. I try to kick my right leg up to my left shoulder while dropping that shoulder out and grab japan and it comes out nice and flat 3 like
