Having about 10 or so people, who can access a forum. At this forum these 10 people decide if "Randommember101" should be perma banned or banned or whatever. people who are respectable and know whats up with NS. And maybe every few months we vote in new members to judge. Or we can vote to keep some in. i know this should be in site discussion, but nothing gets done in there. NOTHING. but this may give more power to the NS member, and make us feel more involved.
