IF YOU GARGLE SOME CEDAR WITH WATER IT WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.

I LEARNED THIS WHEN I WENT ON A FEILD TRIP TO A NATIVE EDUCATIONAL PLACE IN GRADE 3, TRIED IT, IT KINDA WORKS. PROBABLY JUST WHAT TYLENOL HAS IN IT

Hey, I get migraines I know how you feel. The best thing to do when your head hurts badly is to go to a darkened room, get a cold compress and rest it on the back of your neck. The cold from the compress spreads faster helping to numb the pain. I have special medication for my headaches - but the same results can be achieved with 1 tylonel 2 advils (normal kind). if your a bigger guy take 2 and 2. PM for advice if you need it
