NO NOT REALLY.

IT RAINED ALL FUCKING SPRING HERE AND IT WAS COLD AS FUCK, AND THEN WHEN JUNE HIT, IT WAS ALL 30+(C) WEATHER AND SUNNY AND IT NEVER RAINED UNTIL MID AUGUST

THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS THAT IT CHANGES FROM SEASON TO SEASON

summer weather has no direct correlation between the corresponding winter weather. However, trends of ocean temperatures can show trends in patterns likely to happen in the winter, i.e. this is where we get la nina, el nino, etc...
