Replying to What would you do NS?

I just started working Valet last week. Guy pays me under the table 10 bucks a hour and keeps all tips I get. I have yet to meet him still and every time we are supposed to meet to be paid he manages to skip out.

I have worked a total of 8.5 hours so far so he owes me 85 dollars. He does a week delay on the pay and meets Sunday to pay everyone. So I was supposed to be paid yesterday for last Fridays work of 2.5 hours, $25. For some reason he didn't show up today and sent the guy I worked with last night instead. The guy who came gave me $16, shorted $9.

I was actually planning on quitting today and collecting all of the money I am owed. This guy runs this so poorly and sketchy. He never answers you but when he needs you its "where are you" "???" every other second.

After being shorted I called him about 34 times and texted him around 10. No response, and this was about an hour ago. I am owed $69 total and so far there is no hope to getting it.

What should I do here? His business is illegal, he doesn't pay employees the right amount and hes a fucking asshole.
