ehh not that fun to get going, shopping, financing, fixing up, finding renters... but once someone is in the unit getting a big check every month, hands off, is like nothing else. Prices on condos are so low right now, college towns would be a good place if the purchase price on the place isn't too high because of the college, ie. Boulder condos cost way more than other cities around boulder/denver, but you can't really charge that much more rent, plus then you're dealing with 9 month leases instead of 12.
my gramps will soon give me one or a few pieces of their Encyclopedia collection. oh, also it's the first ever encyclopedia and it dates from the 18th century. same gramps also have a 100grand education fund set up for me. but legit mine is my Sonor Drum set worth around 4grand
ITS A REPRODUCTION. do you have any idea how fucking expensive those are? even the reproductions are thousands. there is a 0% chance its real. all of the legit Stradivarious's have been recored for. all of 650. its a reproduction sorry for breaking your bubble. but still if its a good copy its still worth lots
My downhill bike worth around 6000$ or probably more, but I've never added the cost of everything i've put into it. If I add up everything I've put down bike wise, around 10/12 000$.
