Replying to Comcast/Xfinity customer service BLOWS.
its been 3 days and countless hours on hold. I have dialed at least 5 different 1800 numbers all to try and install a fucking cable box in my room. you sit on hold for ever and they do nothing to help but "send a signal" to your box. Rarity you get someone who speaks clear English and is fucking competent. bottom line their customer service is one of the worst i have ever dealt with. every 1800 number has a different system. Some require voice, some "press 1" but somehow even if i dial the same number it gives me different options everytime. they are incredibly annoying and i am still on hold to probably get nowhere with another idiot person who works for a customer service department
